What type of jobs does OneSky usually offer?
Most of the jobs are website content, app store description and in-app localization. They may cover a wide range of topics, with stronger demand in games and social apps.

What file format does OneSky handle?
All of the jobs can be translated and submitted directly on OneSky’s online platform. In some cases, we allow our translators to download a job in excel format and work off-platform upon special request.

How will I be notified of new jobs?
You will be notified of new jobs via e-mail and/or our mobile app. You may set your availability on our platform to pause receiving job notifications when you are unavailable.

How will I get paid?
We will summarize your balance at the end of each month and settle the payment within 40 forthcoming days. For example, you should receive the payment for all jobs completed between Jan 1st and 31st on or before March 10th. Our payment channels are PayPal and Skrill (formerly known as Moneybookers). Wire transfer is not supported.
